Jana afternoon was held up for looong along Ngong road while taking someone to hospital. I eventually had to switch on hazard drive on the wrong side then stop and tell a cop where I was heading and was allowed through. Only to see in the news that the hold up was because he was busy dishing out roadside declarations. ABK!!
