Incase a C+ is demanded, River Road offers redemption.

Not entirely true. I have friends who got admission to Ivy League schools in the US with only their SATs and KCSE Mock results. There are fellows who think the only reason he'll get the job is because he performed well at school but knows nothing about the job in hand. It should be about your level of experience and how you performed in your previous employment (kama ulikuwa employed), isn't that what the interview is all about.

People still do interviews and ge asked what they got in highschool? Yes. Some insist on BOTH your KCPE and KCSE certificates plus the leaving certificates of the primary and high schools you went to. Looking for a well-baked all-round person they say... Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.

I know an IT guy who is exceptionally good in programming but if you were to interview him, You will write him off coz he doesn't know how to express himself. I think Job interviews should be limited to the marketing,sales,customer care guys and senior positions in the organization. If Obiero did it, Who Am I?
