I bought land at Kamulu last year September. I have all the documentation but yet to get my title. My lawyer tells me that there is a problem with title deeds at Machakos land office (something to do with the government printers). I would like to take action against the lawyer for delay but would like to first confirm whether his story is true. Anyone with contacts at the Machakos lands office that I can confirm with?
