The universities are better positioned to determine who qualifies for admission, non of the mentioned universities admit the c+ and below grade students directly, they have to go through some form of certification first. mimi sioni shida.

You do not have to condemn an individual for the rest of their lives just because they attained a D in their O-level exams.
