How much would you pay a family that is orphaned as a result of drank driving to fully compensate them for the loss of their bread winner? How many billions would you pay a guy who shall no longer walk and have to depend on a wheel chair for the rest of his life? You can't put a monetary figure to the value of life ...yet strangely we do, and it is usually not worth billions, but just a couple of millions (and that is just for some people). Ask your insurer how much your life insurance cover tops out at, if you have one. See that rider I put in there and highlighted in red? That was to deflate any emotionally charged response, just like the one you have posted. It is touching, but it is also useless. Fait accompli. Alcoblow has happened. Allow me to repeat myself and say I am not advocating for it to be pulled from use, my question is what financial implications will come about from behavioural changes. The money's lost by the drinking joints establishment will definitely not be thrown into a hole or something. It will find itself in the economy through other means. Either booming businesses over the weekends... It could end up being diverted into salons as husbands give it all to their wives. The soft drinks industries may be the beneficiaries. It is good to conduct a survey of where drinkers will now take their monies and invest there. The money wont be lost.It will go to the local bars.If you have enough cash open a serious local in your neighborhood and watch yourself get rich while you neighbors get drunk If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

A colleague of mine just reported to office after spending the day at milimani. He was nabbed on Friday night but refused to blow on the gadget. He was charged with “Failure to obey police instructions” and fined 10K while those charged with DUI were finned between 20K and 30K!!  The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

I have laughed my all,my ribs ache. vide at 2.39- 'na kama sina hiyo hewa ya kupuliza'.He then proceeds to blow as if he's blowing into a hot air baloon But why do people hide their faces when they are caught drinking, yet they don't do so while they are at it. You can't hide your drinking habits from a partner, plus what are you ashamed of if getting drunk is so so cool.

From yesturdays news they arrested over 40 who will appear in court today. So dont be fooled by the rain. Remember ots the cops day to make money too.By the tome they nab 40 another 49 will have bribed their way out.So job lazima ifanwe Love is beautiful and so are those who share it.With Love, Marriage is an amazing event in ones life time, the foundation of joy, happiness and success.

in Ug the enforcement was akin to kenya, then as the story goes the breweries lobbied M7 who reduced the number of crackdowns to the point that they were inconsequentual..ultimately i see our version going this route..like it or not the economics of it arent sound
