Have Paid 6K a few times for areas around Thika esp Ruiru and Juja. Some of those wazees can demand upto 10K though, but rarely. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

Rank: Elder Joined: 5/4/2008 Posts: 1,703		I bought land (on the kiserian-Isinya rd) through a sacco,the title deed is given upon request ,Because most of the members are using the same as security for the loans.The person sub contracted to process the title deeds is charging 30k per 1/8. How much is processing the title deeds roughly assuming the current market value is 250k per 1/8? Think Positive Test Negative
