I think there is an 'n' before. I am not an expert though,but try 'muguda' and 'mugunda' and you will get it.

'D&iacute; m&ugrave;meba' is the spoken version,'Nd&iacute; m&ugrave;memba' the written one.

You need a kuk lesson.

You should pronounce 'ba' the way you do for 'baba' (Father),and 'mb' as for mbembe(maize)

in lower primary,even English was 'taught' in kikuyu .

There were those spelling and word formation classes where we would read out the letters loudly,'b na a,fa ; na b na a fa,baba (fafa)

Then there were those words with (') like (Ng'a) and (ng'o)... what did u guys used to call the (')? we used to call it gathurung'a. ama it only happened in my school?

'eni na nji na gathurung'a na a,Ng'a!

Now you can tell who went to primary school in the 70s and 80s......We need another category of prayers.....Thumbs up for Noble and Wanyuru.....BTW,Is there a word like BARCHELOR the world over?.....i hope am not missing something.
