With the rising demand and the embracing of fish farming in Nyanza,Ukambani,Taita and Central Kenya,I intend to open a fish joint along Ngong road.I need ideas and criticism. My target clients are people like @Impunity and @Swenani who want to eat fish in restaurants and dont enjoy home cooked fish.

i agree. quality of the fish is of otmost importance. you might need to pay a premium to get the best. what they wear also matters

I have henceford stop eating fish in restaurants.Am planning to domesticate Kysse.

But as a previous fish monger in restuarants here is what impressed me most.
1.Provide free alcohol and meals
2.Provide free eating places
3.Have "bright fish"
4.Have a variety of fish likeomena, tilapia, ngenge, mgongowazi, even sharks and whales(fish mongers have differnet tastes and preferances)
5.Share profits with the fish to motivate and attract new fish.
6.Provide gloves for eating fish.
7.Locate your restuurant in a serene enviroment
8.Charge and arm and a leg for the fish
9.Dont advertise your restaurant(restrict access and even make it a members fish eating restaurant).

If Obiero did it, Who Am I?
