The discount dealt by Mr Market is incredible. But the muddy waters in the sugar industry need to be cleaned out with strict policies. Till then Mr Market will continue being irrational.

3 bob and anything below is dirt cheap.I remember posting that at this point i will consider entry although i am yet to make up my mind reasons being that i am looking at the future,both short and medium.

In the short,i would say,"Not good enough" as i do not see improvement in terms of production.(Currently standing at less than 67% of installed capacity).
In the medium,Tarda might spur.
In the long,kila mtu afunge punda wake mahali anapendasmile
