Unconfirmed findings indicate that the largest sexual activities take place in vodka drinking regions!(?).... *...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...*

Saudia is among the lowest, 1300% lower than the top drinker. And I'm sure most of those who drink there are foreigners. See world alcohol drinking patterns from wikipedia and here
