But looking at it logically, why would a bank employee - cashier, manager - jeopardize their careers, pension, their kids future etc by robbing some customer 200k in cohorts with some thugs, considering the most they would get is a 50k cut from the thugs? If some wayward cashier really wanted some cash, it's easier to 'advance' themselves some cash from some dormant account at the bank.

Somebody who knows them will see them on TV and will identify them and call the TV station with names.
