So what action did all the men at Kencom take when the poor woman was being robbed? They just stood by and watched and then then let the thugs just walk away?

Only a foolish thief would attempt a stunt at kencom.

Even if they were captured on CCTV's where will they trace them from?

Unless we have a centralized database, the cctv's in kenya will remain useless

not really,
the footage released public may help in identifying the thugs. remember the cctv footage of the lighthouse church robbery. the thus were eventually caught

Kenyans fear guns so I imagine all the men were flat on their tummies when the first shot was fired.
The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

The way I see in movies...
Profile the face, then compare it to the millions in the database, surely such must have at one point taken an ID Photo.
There must be a way.

That database is most likely a manual one. Haven't you heard of criminals paying off others to get rid of their fingerprint records at registrar of persons? Now, imagine how many Kenyans have I/Ds. Good luck with that.Sad

I am one...dont have a Kenyan I.D...

I bet you have a PP and in case you don't then thank God you have at least a wazuan ID.

That must have been a planned attack with the woman as target. They knew that she had just left the Bank, plus the amount withdrawn.

We can't draw conclusions cz we don't even know what the money was intended for and how they knew that she was loaded.
Could also have been the cashiers doing their thing.

From the stories i have heard from these type of robberies, the teller at the bank who served this lady should be apprehended, anyone who was involved in serving her inside the bank if its this case of let the manager sign first should also be nabbed na wafunguliwe 'nyati' house so that they can tell who their accomplices are, and am sure the cops will know who these guys are. That kind of robbery is coming from inside the bank and not outside

You shouldn't jump into conclusions and blame the cashiers. There are always many people on the queues/banking hall who watch as the cashier is counting the wads of cash before handing the money to the customer. They also see where the customer "hides" the cash. Any of those people in the bank could alert their colleagues outside.

Moreover, the thugs could be having cartels whereby a few of them visit banks to deposit some money as they scout for potential victims, and alert their colleagues waiting outside.
