When the threat to publish was issued on Wednesday, I think the NTSA was hoping that perhaps the culprits would be reasonable enough to not want to bring 'shame' to themselves. At least that's what I read from CS Transport's choice of words. They probably didn't expect that some of us are quite the 'don't-cares' that we are and so they have resorted to this. Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.
