And finally whats happens when one wants to sell his shares only to realise they are on loan to somebody else. Short selling is soon becoming a reality just like alcohol blow

The broker simply borrows from his other clients whenever the owner wants to sell.

@urstill1, then if thats the case CMA needs to go to gym and build muscles to flex since many stock brokers lack the threshold integrity required to protect investors money from rogue employees. Nyaga stock brokers, DSL among others were unable to tame their employees and went down with people's money.
