I have a friend with one. 6k. The following restrictions apply:
1. No entry after 8 pm.
2. No EXIT BEFORE 6 AM.
3. Only 3 Buckets of water per day. The tap is outside the landlord's back yard
4. Lights rationing from 10 pm to 4 am
5. No loud music.
6. no heaters
7. No visitors of the opposite sex.
8. Compulsory prayers every Wednesday evening.
9. Only bulbs below 40 watts
10. rent must be paid by 2nd of the month. Midday
