Next best option, civil society [though I don't trust them much!] County govts are good the problem is the idiot buffons running them...we gave the work to monsters and thats where the problem is... agreed they are good but we need systems. Let people see that their own is oppressing them and this will reduce tribalism. My beef with counties is that I think they are too many. they should be cut down to 20 or 15 The counties should be not more than 10, 8 would be ideal. Senators to abolished, then Mpigs we need like 100 only so that you could even memorize the Mpigs names and their constituencies... The ministaers should be 16 max with PS as appropriate. And the political parties zikuwa 4 max, those who cant fit in the 4 parties waende South Sudan.  Word! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
