Unnecessarily overworking himself, how do you wake up at 2am to go to work? Most likely he sleeps at 11pm...hata kama ni pesa na kuishi vipoa wacha ikae.
Most of these dudes/dudettes you see behind the screens are highly stressed.

I agree...Total burnout...

A young man dying at 41 and yet he was not even Obesse leave alot of questions to be asked. Life starts at 40! yet he was completely burned out.

Let us work but have some time to play and laugh and more importantly log into wazua and pick a few quarrel here with @magigi and @lady admin to lighten up life.

I have really been wondering what could have caused his BP. He looked physically fit. This kind of a message could make sense. I hope Mutoko do not collapse one day(basing on the info we were told about her work schedule in a different thread). It reminds me of a story that was circulating some time back about a certain CEO from India who was ever active, would even run for marathons, he was generally fit and healthy, but he died of heart attack. Reason: He never slept for more than 4 hours a day. Never. For about 10 years. Did this guy have a family by the way?

@Washiku I can see you are peeping down there. Can you elaborate on this Swa interview with Komla? I'm dying to for it.
