Diaspora cds opening and OTS trading how can it be done?

Hi, new to the site loving the posts i just have a simple question I want to trade in shares but i live in Toronto and don’t have a cds account so my question is 1 how do i open it on this end ? 2. I would love to trade on OTS how can I go about this. Thank you response will be much appreciated
