The Government’s fund for the poor and vulnerable has lost about Sh600 million to ghost recipients in the last five years.

I know someone who had a nissan B14 joined the government in August and was living in umoja.Currently the bugger is driving a VX and stays n a rented apartment in Kileleshwa
