I would like to buy land in Katani that is under murarandia. The seller has a share certificate and he says if one pays 20k to a fellow in murarandia, the title deed can be fast tracked kiasi.

Does any one have experience with these guys? How long would it take to get the tilte. The location of the plot is very good am really tempted to get it.

They are real Estate Agents - they buy large tracts of land, sub-divide then sell to members.

They are on Lagos road, past just past where Akamba buses used to be. Their names are Murarandia Development Company Limited. I as given the managers number but cant post it here. They seem genuine from a few people i have asked, who have dealt with them. Was seeking Wazuas advice.

What are the risks of buying land that has a share certificate?
