A Kenyan leader should be able to ask people in Kibera to move to the new houses to pave way for new slum upgrading project Recommedations in Ndungu report,Waki report,Alston report,both Bomas and Wako constitutions drafts,Vision 2030,Imanyara bill,should be enacted,implemented and closely monitored to strengthen our institutions,state and improve our political environment.
