Sad. Nyari ni wapi? Just asking. So kuna Nyali, Nyari na Nyeri?

Near Spring Valley. Very nice exclusive neighbourhood.

The only problem is it's closeness to Gachie and some other not very user friendly estates. When you exit Nyari on the western side and turn left unajipata dunia ingine in less than 5 minutes!!! Unapata akina @mawider kwa barara wakikuangalia with those eyes of "if that car broke down here and you stopped,... you will be toast in seconds". And that is during the day!!! He he he.

yeah, Nyari is on Rt 108

When did she move to Nyari? I thought she resides in the gated community of Rosslyn Heights?d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

Same neighbourhood.

Just like Karen view estate I guess.

Nope! Both Rosslyn Heights and Nyari are 'exclusive' estates just a few minutes from Village Market and full of the UN Community, Ambassadors' Residences and a couple of Embassies.

Don't hate.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

The problem with the Internet and forums like Wazua is that ANYONE can join! Probably some of the thugs that robbed Motoko are wazuans [or guests]. Very possible! We might want to imagine that every wazuan is a hard working Kenyan/Person looking to invest and make an honest shilling but thats not the case! This is a normal society - EVERYONE is represented!

It's even worse now. Do you move the house? Remember this is not only a house but a home you have spend time to invest in. If you move, to where? d'oh! d'oh!

Respect is not even the issue.......nobody chooses to be barren. So should not be used against her.

ION my only issue with Caroline Mutoko is her attitude towards people she considers a rank lower than her education wise, moneywise, classwise etc.

And its worse if you are a jamaa.

Otherwise she is ok.

She could back to job in order to put on a "strong face" that nothing happens so that she avoids the shame.
Most women will not come in the open saying that they were r*ped.
I pray for her though, I loved her shape!

I listened to her yesterday morning and she sounded ok. I only knew her home was burgled when I went online. All the same, pole sana kwake.

Now she's saying the jewelry wasn't worth 500k. In her own words, '...it was not a jewelry store.' She says she's well and unhurt.

Pole to the lady. She is a strong woman she will overcome.

These thugs hawana tavia If they came to steal why involve themselves with AOB's. They should just empty the house and leave the fish intact.

I've no problem with her living in a very high-end neighborhood. My issue is reporters being lazy and not reporting correctly.

While issues of insecurity abound many among the middle class believe gated communities are the panacea to this problem. You will note that most houses in Nyari are not within a gated community while those in Rosslyn Heights are located within an enclosed secure (sic) compound.
