I hope not!!! I don't like her as a person but I wish no evil on any fellow human being - especially such beastly evil!!! Hope her and the daughter are okay. Material things are material things. They can always be replaced!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

always thought nyari is well secured, there is a police post hapo and its mostly a community of UN expatriates - so any alarm would be responded to very promptly, I assume.
