The facts is the company is now saving almost 8m per month used to send bill. The most awaited new md and divided for 2014 will make it to Start marathon. The pre-paid are the best thing to happen to KPLC as there will be no defaults and they get cash in advance. Can you imagine someone paying you full amount plus profit for a service you are yet to deliver? Genius. BBI will solve it :)

I hear a lot of meters have malfunctioned and have been giving customers free power.
