6. Young - Divers will never take us anywhere

And Moyes' management skills are questionable. You don't go shouting about "transition period" right left and center! That's like telling the players indirectly that it is okay to loose - for now! A manager of a big team DEMANDS for results even when he knows those results are next to impossible to get.
