You can pay at any branch of co-operative bank or national bank, or make a bankers cheque in favour of commissioner of customs (my preferred method) and give it to your clearing agent.

I'm not sure of the account numbers, your clearing agent should help you with that.

Ask guys who own minis in pristine condition... Come to think of it, I have seen 3L sharks on sbt at crazy figures like 3000CIF Mombasa... Think outside the box...

You needed to have applied for IDF immediately you received the documents, but not to worry. Talk to your clearing agent and send him an electronic copy of your documents, namely the invoice, inspection certificate, PIN number and ID copy. He can apply for IDF over the weekend and then you pay first thing Monday. Then begin your clearing process

If you have a KEBS approved inspection report from Japan I.e JEVIC, QISJ then you don't need any other inspection
