Ask guys who own minis in pristine condition... Come to think of it, I have seen 3L sharks on sbt at crazy figures like 3000CIF Mombasa... Think outside the box...

You needed to have applied for IDF immediately you received the documents, but not to worry. Talk to your clearing agent and send him an electronic copy of your documents, namely the invoice, inspection certificate, PIN number and ID copy.
