2014 New Year Resolutions

I have the same resolution each year. To "grow" a notch higher than I was at the beginning of the year. So far it has worked every year.

Yes, the notch is measurable. The condition I set myself is that on 31 Dec when I review the past 12 months it has to be something tangible. Simple,realistic and achievable.

I never make new year resolutions .....havent done so in 10 years. Resolutions can be made any time, so make and act on them immediately there is the need to do so, even if is the 7th of June.
