True...they should pick the best from the police academy give them the best training and thereafter give them a nice package...they will definetly do more for the country...the ones we have are beyond repair...

In the US they have the National Guard which can be used in domestic emergencies including relief efforts. It’s usually under the control of individual states, with the state governor acting as commander in chief (don't think that can work in Kenya). However, the president can activate the National Guard and place it under federal control.

Exactly. Getting into the academy will just have a price tag.
