young man,go to Syokimao or Kitengela and buy a peace of land and then forget about it. By the time you are 30,you will thank yourself for having made a very wise decision! By then,there will be no land available in Nairobi and sorrounding areas...except the national park.

Life is worth living cos God planned it to be so.

I have seen a friend of mine try the online forex thing and I cant risk my cash on that field! The 'buying plot' venture is far better. So,do I have to go through the plot selling agents or does any1 know the best persons to go for?

Buy a piece of land worth that amount irrespective of it's size.

Pal!

You've got to be extra care full when purchasing a piece of land,I think you should consider develope of the area.......like how fast,security wise,the kind of soil - you might be required to have a bore hole with the current situation with water.... i think that should also be part of consideration......... you might think of farming before you decide what to do or hire the place to someone for farming so fatility of the soil should be looked at ........... ama!!!!
