Looking for a training venue

I am looking for a decent training venue around Nairobi.
Class size is between 20 and 30 and the training will run for maximum of 5 days.
I would prefer a block rate as opposed to a per student one. I am looking at spending a maximum of KES 30K. I am not overly concerned about food as the attendees will be expected to handle that on their own. It is strictly premises and of course seats and tables.
Saidia tafadhali. Any leads?
