For me I believe it was for companionship

.Remember Winnie said she had needs that were not being met hence her late night arrivals making Old Mandela look for his slippers.

Secondly that Graca was married to a president it meant she had to look for a companion in the same league nothing lower and alas Mandela was available.

All Graca wanted was to be a first lady not hiyo mambo ingine.Am sure that need was fulfilled elsewhere with consent from Madiba.

Why do I have a nagging feeling about an eminent person with a name that rhymes with a beverage could have onjad during PEV talks.



I thought our first first-lady was available for this. Ama she was so much engrossed with the land.

I am with those that feel Mandela was good but overrated. His main good sides were he didn't have a sense of entitlement and 'it has to be me beause i fought for you' like Jomo, Museveni, Mugabe and Raila. There are many other mandelas all over the world but maybe never hear about them because they are regarded as terrorists and their causes are not well known in the world like apartheid. Others are in other fields, not politics

Funny that the west is leading mourning the man they branded a terrorist. They worked with the apartheid govt. This man was a friend of their enemy Col Muammar Gadaffi. I doubt he would have sat as they unsat his friend if he had energy.

Does anyone know who Thomas Sankara was? The west even chooses those we should honor and those we should not. Those that they kill/overthrow should be forgotten!
