Wewe wacha kujijazia.

Who told you I have a potty.Kwani hullahoop ilikuwa ya kazi gani.

Anyway..thanks.Will make arrangements for one.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly My bad. Pole sana.

Its said that belly fat is the last to be shed. This is for those seeking a flat stomach/six-pack. The arms will go, the bvtt, the thighs before the belly takes a walk.

@Seppuku, try it. And thank me later.

Mine is quite stubborn...it goes yes but too slowly. Everything else seems to be fast. I came from a trouser size 43 to 37. Body is fit kabisa, lakini katumbo ni sloooooooow.

@washiku, you drop a freakin' 26 kilos and the damn belly won't budge? I think "tumbo" and not the family jewels, is the REAL SEHEMU NYETI!

Ama tununue hii malenge ya chuma @Mukiri anasema...

Losing fat everywhere except the belly means having an exercise, and diet plan that's not working.

So the idea is to talk to your fitness instructor and revise the plan. For example, though I'm generally lean and have been active in sports and exercise I haven't been comfortable with my belly fat. But now I see my six pack coming fast.

Initially I thought sit ups and crunches would help. But that's not it.

First you need to be sure you don't eat more than you 'spend'. Then we must remember that 'eating right' is also about; according to the body cycle. In the morning till noon, your body is getting rid of waste, so adding more food to the belly is a no. What you need to do is help the body excrete. So some fruit and warm water is usually enough. From noon to around 8 in the evening your body is on eating mode. But again eating right is ensuring that if you want to have proteins then you need to reduce the carbohydrates and vice versa. Then at night you give the body time to digest.

Losing fat is about thinking right, and regulating our relationships. Like, if we have to take a drink or snack while meeting friends then the effect can easily be deduced.

Then there's the exercise part. The forms of exercises you take are very important, and here's where one needs to research and talk with the instructor.

Then with the proper lifestyle in place, and having a fitness program that's appropriate one eases off to the desired results.

hahaha.... tumbo ni noma it does not go as fast as you want mine has pungukad but its going to take much more effort (diet and exercise). the one thing you need to know is that you do not dictate to the body where it should pick fat to burn from.

The key to loosing belly fat depends with which muscles you are exercising. For quick belly fat burn try using dumbbells and lift them laterally for 3 sets for 10-12 repetition per day.

Make sure you take lots of water if you intend to go that way

The best way to do away with the belly is to do 4 sets of sit ups, crunches, squats and press ups.The number of repetitions should be 10 for starters but try to aim for 20 for each.

All the four should be done in quick succession without rest.(if you cant;don't rest for more than 1min.

The rest between each set shouldn't exceed two minutes

Kuruka kamba je? That is the latest addition to my cardio arsenal. Started last week at 10 sets of 100 reps each, aiming to sustain that at least thrice a week. Comes in handy especially now that it's taken to raining in the mornings because I can do that indoors. Halafu nimeanza kuongeza body weight exercises. But I will not assail my reputation by announcing how many push-ups I can manage right now. Nitatangaza zikiongezeka kidogo. Anxious

Read somewhere that sit-ups and crunches only serve to damage your back. Best ab work-out is planks and bicycle kicks.
