Stadia Management Board is a Government body whose responsibility is to manage Stadias across the country , therefore the Government procurement guidelines ought to have been followed and the most competitive bidder / offer awarded. Trust me this Safaricom award may be challenged in court . Am sure Samsung or LG or Coca Cola , KCB, AIRTEL or Orange would have submitted a better offer.

Boss have u watched the clip.. There was an tender floated for this and safcom won fair.. plus they are rehabilitating the changing rooms etc...
