Aha. Reminds me if the story of Virgin Rail and the bitter wars they fought with the then British railways over standards and quality. Hopefully we can avoid the same.

Ah I see.

However I still doubt the dock union intentions. I have seen that $2 million figure before but it was the lower limit not the international standard.

let the construction begin. I want to see the first koroga take place and know that these guys are serious. on the flip side I am sure Tanzania are envious regretting why they didn't come on board.
