@mwekezaji - I read the notice in the paper. It did not indicate a "Private Placement" not "By Invitation" ... if so it also means they probably have it all sold! Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

@VVS, think of it, the information memorandum and pricing supplement is out but is made available to the few. I agree, this issue could already have recieved full subscription or a lot of support from a given people
