Loans up 17.8% y/y (+4.3% q/q)

Observation: Lending is very ON in all banks that have released results so far. ... Watu wamekubali kuomba pesa and current level of interest rate has become acceptable

Customer deposits up 5.9% y/y (+1.5% q/q). Thats low compared to others. ... Local banks with agency banking win in this front ;)

Loan books still growing at single digits....they need to start growing at double digits otherwise next year will not be good.
