I would rather have a small 4 bedroom house in an organised residential area.

About that story, who says that one must choose between golf balls and pebbles? maybe Munene is dealing with the pebbles because he has taken care of his balls. He may not be married but he has friends, good health and passion (for radio).

We should not assume that all rich people are miserable when it comes to family matters.

'Passion for radio'; which 'radio'?

Easy fm...or did I miss the question?

No. I just wanted to clarify it's not '@radio wazua'.

Let him be...and BTW some areas of kitengela are very nice with beautiful mansions siting on leafy 1/4 acre plots.

@Luxel explain uaself...

I know there are nice areas in kitengela like chuna, however, an 8 bedroom & 6 bathroom is not a typical house in kitengela.
He may not enjoy his dream house because it is not in sync with the neighbourhood.
Just imagine his neighbours burning waste ovyo ovyo and the smoke goes through his bar while he is enjoying hennessy with his friends.
He will also be the target no.1 as far as insecurity is concerned.

Are you suggesting that he should have used the money to buy a 3bd apartment hapo kileleshwa and be in sync instead of putting up the mansion in kitengela?

Karen would have been ideal.Half acre for 18m and 7m for building the house.

Looks like the house occupies 80-90% of the plot.
