They want shareholders to go all the way to Nairobi to update contact details with the registrar. shareholders have been asked to carry share certificates or dividend notices as proof of membership!

Now what about those who bought via CDSC? I believe they are the majority.

And when was the last time CMC paid a dividend?

Not surprised that this company is in so much trouble!
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

Just seen an old report... it was 30 Sept 2010! hands up all those who are still keeping those dividend slips....

Si wangeongeza card ya KANU membership? How can a quoted PLC not have a correct register of its members. Even a mtaani Kindergarten has a hard copy of all the kids registered.
