Pole maka,I lost my best aunt this year to the same, as she was singing happily in church.It happened in minutes. @ guru,Who is more predisposed to suffer from it? Or what's the no.one trigger? Anytime I feel a tightening on my left side I begin the Lord's prayer in earnest. RIP Thuo.
