I have been following A4architecht's and co. thoughts in the other thread and I agree sirkal needs to intervene in this real estate and land business.
I pay the equivalent of Ksh 25000 inclusive of water/electricity and get a fully furnished flat with security, garbage collection and posta delivers mail to my doorstep. Major supermarkets are a short walk away. Plus we have a swimming pool to cool our dark skins in the summer.
Which country are you in? That amount is too little for services and location (close to an urban centre considering that major supermarkets are nearby) you have mentioned.
