Due to the poor finishing on the 3 bedroom massionettes at greenspan estate( oppossite greenfields) being sold by HCFK and most upcoming units of late,i was interested in buying the 1/2 acre controlled development plots also adjacent to greenfields at 1.2 M. They are only allowing construction of 4 bedroom massionnetes in a controlled manner i understand they are affiliated to housing finance. The deal is i need to know if anyone has any red flags to point out about the land and also the company Sosian Estates. Will appreciate. Has anyone viewed tamarind meadows off mombasa rd past mlolongo,the finishing and scenery is breathtaking but the rooms too small for the 5.9 they are asking for. whats your say

Went to Greenspan to look. Impressive to look at, but on talking to the askari (an innocent bystander who has no interest) I was informed that most of the purchasers of Phase I are complaining of cracks.
The apartments looked nice, save for the fact that they are five levels, as opposed to the standard accepted four levels (A CCN building regulation requirement?). Add to that the fact that the fifth level is being sold at a ksh 200,000 discount. Further add the fact that that the floor plan on their website shows FOUR levels. Something failed to add up.
