Advice for a strong cypress tree!

CAVEAT: A true friend of mine.

This guy was using chopstick made of cypress tree to press down that pin on the GROUND hole in the wall mounted socket so that he could insert his plug to charge his phone, but almost on all occasions the stick bent or broke.

Previously he used chopstick made from pine tree and it opened the hole very well.But now the chopstick being sold in markets are all made of cypress tree.

Is there a way he can hardened the cypress chopstick so that they attain the strength of those made from pine tree? May be like dipping them into some special saline solution or heat-treating them? But how? d'oh!

Ambia rafiki yako awachane na socket ambazo hajasoea. It seems he is not yet ready to handle 120 volts. Let him stick to solar power sockets best suited for his wooden stick.

I see two sockets. Is there some subliminal wazua-speak hapa? Is he using both sockets and one is to o tough for his cypress tree?

The two sockets are just for illustration purposes...the key item is that the safety lock you have to press down in order to access power from the socket is so strong that it breaks his cypress chopsticks.
Is there a way cypress chopsticks can be made stronger like the ones from pine?

@impunity I think if he can spend a little more time playing with the safety lock, which is getting on the way, the target one(s) will just start opening steadily. The key thing is not to jump on it, because even the pine can break, unless ofcourse it's iron chopstick smile

Where I come from, it's adviceable to avoid using plastic chopstick, which bows and curve when it encounters heat in there... instad use use iron-core one, like screwdriver

He doesnt have a screw driver either.
So I will ask him to try stroke the safety lock for some time to see if it will give way.
The ONLY problem is that some calls are so urgent that the phone charger need to be inside the socket like yesterday!!!
