The draft constitution recommends an executiv premier elected by bunge with a ceremonial president elected directly by the people.the presi wil only b signing documents n approving what the PM n cabinet have passed.PM wil run gvt,appoint ministers n other gvt functions. I think this is useless.why should i queue to vote 4 someone who doesnt have control?why shd mpigs take power from me?At this rate we might as wel bring back old dan as president.RAO,KARUA,BIFWOLI,RUTO..etc do you stil want to be president?

I know the governing systems we've had are outdated and the hybrid we have now is a joke but I doubt the parliamentary system is that bad. Why don't we give the mpigs the pleasure of electing their boss and allow them the pleasure of collective failure? I think it would be a good system,ama?
