Time really flies, so fast, a day like today, last year was the worst day of my life, everything came to a standstill, when our bravlet, took a final bow, and left without even a goodbye we know in heaven he's rejoicing. and here we shall praise Gods name as we remember him...

I choose not to be angry for the time I have not been with him but thank God for the 5 months we had him in our lives ... Lord give the strength and wisdom to be there for the rest of the bravlets

Take heart ndugu. Good that you can praise God in times like these. May He give you the strength you pray for.

God could be using you to pass a message to His people.

What did he die of? Is there anything you can do to help prevent the death of another child, maybe from what your experience taught you? Maybe in doing so, you honor the memory of the poor soul?

When some of us yap yap here about health issues, whilst others choose to make a mockery of it, we might be talking from painful experiences.

My heart goes out to you. Share the info you gather with all and sundry. I pray that the Lord will give you peace.

Once when getting a hair-cut in Kenyatta Market, a guy walked in. He was carrying a bundle all wrapped up it was difficult to tell what it was. He asked the barber if he had a charger he could use to charge his phone.

His demeanor was a defeated one. He looked like a man who'd asked that question to a few people and got cold answers. To get into a market asking for a charger...

His phone conversation and answers to questions thereafter almost made me cry! His child got sick at night. He was from Dagoretti, he waited till morning, apparently coz of logistics; safety and transport, to go to hospital. By the time he reached Mbagathi Hospital and was attended to, his child had passed on. He was calling to let the wife know.

Dear @brav,

Truly moving and true courage on the part of your family. Even so, the mention of other kids and your better-half are reasons to be thankful.

God bless

We pray with you. I do remember vividly your two threads about this event last year and the prayer day at Catho, Buru. God will provide the grace for you & family.

Be strong Brav and thank God for the 5 months you shared.I know its difficult but as it is said there is a reason for everything.

I lost my smallchick in January and as you say the issue is dealing with the other kids.

I thought I had done my best and succeeded in helping the other kids accept and move on till i went through my small gals composition about a month ago.She had written about her family and said in part

"We are two children but should be three.God took away our baby brother and he did not allow us to see him.He took him from the hospital and i dont know why.I want mum to born another brother"

It did hit me that they never healed completely and I got some work to do.

Love is beautiful and so are those who share it.With Love, Marriage is an amazing event in ones life time, the foundation of joy, happiness and success.

You are strong, and I hope that God Provides more strength.

There is Power in Prayer @Brav.

Just did a Prayer for you and rest of the family.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..
