which bank is this that is having the best of both worlds?i.e doing banking biz and also buying and selling land at a profit?

When u fail to pay ur loan the bank sells off the security thru an auction or agents. The plan is to now convert the place into some leafy place,they have building restrictions,cos of what the land was b4 it has water and elec in palce. Good place for a farmer too cos can buy large amt of land.
