There are some plots selling at the At thika rd Delmonte at approx 1m an acre. Apparently there is more than 100 acres to sell. What is peoples take on that,is it reasonable? Wld it make as a good investment?

Last time I heard it was some land buying company that wanted to pay off a huge BBK loan and was also dishing out some to shareholders who had alotment letters. The land buying company has been embroiled in disputes....

I don't have ll the details but I could confirm for you. That price is also higher than what I heard

What about Kitengela 1Q acre @ 400k? Is it worth?

Hotels will always serve the fruits/vegs of the reason. In stocks ur duty as a trader is to identify the HOTshare of the season.

I got 16 1/8th acre plots along Msa Rd at the Machakos turn off,50m from the road going for 350k,clean titles. anyone interested?

the shambas around there are 2 acres and the prices vary depending on location. Next to the road,you'll get at 3-4M but as you go further in the can go up to 2M or thereabout

Hi all,

I have now confirmed and got my info on the thika plots. The plots are actually being sold by a bank 10% deposit is required and they are ofcourse selling thru an agent. A minimum per person of 1acre.each acre @ 1m. Have confirmed it is not being sold by BBK.
