A 5.73 Acres of land is up for sale. The land is located at Kitanga Settlement Scheme, 2.5 Km from Machakos-Makutano (Chumvi) main road. The location of the land provides a nice view of the upcoming Konza City. It is ideal for farming, school etc. I am in the process of acquiring a title deed.
Price – 1.5 per Acre. If interested call the owner on 0722 799073.

The place is not actually a settlement scheme but that is how it is referred to. All the land near and around is owned by individuals. I can confirm that to you.

Will get you the coordinates shortly. Bei? Those are the current prices around there and that is only if you are lucky to get somebody willing to sell.
