Someone is offering me 6 acres of land with river frontage in Ithanga (past Delmonte farms)for Kshs 4.5m. For those familiar with the area,Is it a bargain.
I plan to buy it for farming in the short term as I speculate on what to do with it.

Currently it has fruit trees.
its also adjacent to Electricity mains and the main all weather roads

your qualms

Kindly give the nam of the locality. Ithanga is vast and so are the delmonte farms

Either way, 1.3M PER ACRE slightly on the higher side for me.
