Very incompetent bank...systems are down...bulk withdrawals are a problem after queueing for an hour...then the shares department is incompetent...I filled the form for pan africa shares at 62...4 days later when it was at 66 is when they placed the order in the system...nkt

Due to disappointment I went to co-op thika branch...only to discover the ''Kingdom securities'' guy does not have a desk...just a chair and files and that he comes twice a week...I sure need a new banker!

In this day and age, why would you need to visit a stock broker in order to trade at the NSE? Open a SBG (Formerly CFC Financials) Online account and trade from the comfort of your desktop/laptop/smart phone.

I'm a small investor who suffered these inconveniences. Through advice from Wazuans, I went to Dyer and Blair, opened an online account and my stress went. Hope those complaining here will do the same. This forum has a wealth of beneficial knowledge for those who may wish to utilise it.

I do not trade online coz my broker African Alliance are still working on the platform, but I rarely visit their offices. I am able to do that via mail from Kampala and buy shares in Nairobi. I do the same for the Uganda stocks. It will be excellent to have the online working.
