Any one there!!! Have you ever come across workers of the same company accessing in the same domain,the same question with already set same marking scheme?
When KRA in Nairobi is queried for a unit value verification they give almost in details a certain price,while in Mombasa agents are supplied with different values by their immediate KRA officers...
I mean valuation,say for a specific car,at KRA should be same i presume(error of + or - 100bob if so). Agents when asked to give Custom Duty,they are very ready to pronounce an excess of over 30k. Although at last the owner will pay what the kra officers have tabled particularly the one at mombasa,my answer is still at large! what is the Sinister motive behind all these? I'm Ready to be corrected since this has been a challenge to me.
